Return and Refund Policy

1. Digital Products Are Non-Refundable

Due to the immediate access and downloadable nature of digital products, all digital product sales are final.

This includes but is not limited to:

• eBooks

• Digital kits

• Courses

• Downloadable resources

• Toolkits

• Educational materials

• White-label or resellable resources

Once a purchase is completed and access is granted, no refunds will be issued. Digital items are considered delivered upon payment.

Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

2. Live Classes, Webinars, or Challenges

If you purchase access to a live class, webinar, training, or challenge:

• All sales are final.

• If you miss the live session, a replay may be provided if stated in the original offer.

• Access is based on the delivery terms listed in the offer.

• No credits, refunds, or transfers will be provided.

3. Courses or Training Portals

For any course, membership, or training program that includes portal or LMS access:

• Refunds are not available once access has been granted.

• Access is typically provided immediately after purchase.

• VIP upgrades and bonus materials are also non-refundable.

If you experience a technical issue accessing the platform, please contact support within 72 hours of purchase.

4. Tax Services, Business Services, or Consulting

Payments made for tax preparation, consulting, financial services, or document preparation services are non-refundable once work has begun.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Tax preparation

• IRS assistance services

• Identity theft resolution services

• Business consulting

• Document preparation

If services have not yet begun, requests for cancellation may be reviewed at our discretion.

5. Accidental or Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally make a duplicate purchase for the same item using the same email, please contact us within 48 hours.

If verified, we may provide either:

• A courtesy refund, or

• Store credit for future services

All duplicate purchase requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

6. Chargeback Policy

Before filing a dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider, you agree to contact our support team to resolve the issue.

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:

• Immediate removal of access to any digital portals or services

• Permanent removal from any communities, programs, or future events

• A permanent ban from purchasing future services or products

• Legal action for theft of services or fraudulent disputes if applicable

We take fraudulent chargebacks seriously.

7. Results Disclaimer

We do not guarantee specific financial, business, or tax results.

Your results depend on many factors including but not limited to:

• Your individual situation

• Your effort and follow-through

• Application of the information provided

• External financial or tax circumstances

By purchasing our products or services, you acknowledge that results may vary.

8. Physical Products or Merchandise

If physical merchandise is offered:

• Items may be printed or fulfilled on demand.

• Refunds will only be provided if the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and may require photo documentation.

9. Policy Updates
