To protect the value of our content and maintain the integrity of our business community, please review the following licensing guidelines carefully.

By purchasing any digital product, training material, or resource from Xpress Choice Solutions, you agree to follow the terms outlined below.

PLR – Private Label Rights

Products labeled PLR (Private Label Rights) give you permission to:

• Edit, customize, or brand the product with your own business name or branding

• Resell the product to your own customers or clients

• Use the content for your personal business use

Important Notice

Your customers do not receive resale rights.

This means your customers cannot:

• Resell the product

• Modify the product for resale

• Share or distribute the product to others

PLR products are intended to allow you to use the material as your own business resource or offer it to your clients.

MRR – Master Resell Rights

Products labeled MRR (Master Resell Rights) allow you to:

• Edit or brand the product if desired

• Resell the product to your customers

• Allow your customers to also resell the product under the same licensing terms

It is your responsibility to ensure your customers understand the resale rights attached to the product.

Important Notice

You may not offer Master Resell Rights unless the product is specifically labeled as MRR.

All MRR products will clearly state MRR in the product title and product description.

Training Materials & Pre-Made Training Slides

Products labeled as Training Materials, Pre-Made Slides, or Staff Training Tools are intended for:

• Personal business use within your tax office

• Training your employees or tax preparers

• Operating or managing your tax business or service bureau

These materials cannot be resold, shared, or distributed unless the product is specifically labeled as PLR or MRR.

Unauthorized Sharing or Distribution

Unauthorized sharing, copying, uploading, or reselling of any content that is not licensed for redistribution is a direct violation of this policy.

Violations may result in:

• Immediate termination of access to purchased materials

• Permanent restriction from purchasing future products or services

• Revocation of any resale rights

• Legal action if necessary
